9.8 Filter
9.8.1 Filter in the Vacuum Pump

9.8.2 Filter in the Vacuum Pump
Check the filters at least once a week and blow the filter cartridge clear (from the inside to
the outside). Replace the filter cartridge if it is very dirty.
If the device is to be used in an extremely dirty environment, clean the filter daily.
When removing the filter cartridge, ensure that no dust enters the lines. Ensure that the
filter is installed correctly!
WARNING
Risk of injury from falling loads
If the filter screen in the suction cup is not cleaned regularly, the
vacuum at the suction cup is reduced and the load can fall.

Clean the filter screen at least once per week in order to ensure the
safety of the device (see service table).
The vacuum pump filter can be replaced without tools.
9.8.3 Filter in Suction Cup
Check the filter at least once a week and clean as necessary (e.g. sack gripper).
9.9 Scissor arm brake
Check the functioning and wear of the scissor arm brake once a
year. Replace the brake elements if necessary (see appendix).
After replacing the brake elements adjust the brake pressure with
the help of the threaded rod so that the scissor arm movement is
limited.
