If you use the twisted-pair type of cable, remember that the DTM and CKM / CKE and DTE
(clock and data) signals must not be sent through one pair of twisted conductors. The
conductors must be run in one cable.
4.6 Connecting the power supply and starting the controller
1. Connect the power cables to the +12V and COM terminals. The controller may be
powered directly from the control panel or from a power supply unit with current limitation
up to 3 A.
2. Replace the cover.
3. Turn the power on. The LED indicator should come on.
4. Run the identification function in the control panel (see the control panel installer manual).
The controller will be identified as ACU-100.
