I don’t see anything
on my PDA screen. • Press an application button to
ensure that your PDA phone is
turned on.
• If your PDA phone was exposed to
cold, make sure that it is at room
temperature.
• Charge your PDA phone.
• Perform a soft reset. If your PDA
phone still does not turn on,
perform a hard reset. See
page 286.
Important:
With a hard reset, all records and
entries stored in your PDA phone are
erased. Never perform a hard reset
unless a soft reset does not solve your
problem.
I get a warning
message telling me
my PDA memory is
full. • Purge record from Date Book and To
Do list. This deletes To Do List items
and past Date Book events from the
memory of your PDA phone.
• Delete unused memos and records.
If necessary, you can save these
records.
• If you have installed additional
applications on your PDA phone,
remove them to recover memory.
My PDA phone keeps
turning itself off. Your PDA phone is designed to turn
itself off after a period of inactivity.
This period can be set in the Auto-off
after setting. Seepage 247.
