Tapping and Writing Problems
My PDA phone is not
making any sounds. Check the sound setting on the
Sounds Preferences screen. See
page 249.
My PDA phone has
frozen. • If a network connection was
improperly terminated, your PDA
phone may appear to be frozen for
up to 30 seconds. If it is still frozen
after 30 seconds, perform a soft
reset. See page 286.
• If the camera is open, you cannot
use any of the other applications or
features on your PDA phone. So it
may appear that your PDA phone
has frozen. Close the camera to
resume using your PDA phone’s
other applications and feature.
Problem Solution
When I tap the
buttons or screen
icons, my PDA phone
activates the wrong
feature. Calibrate the screen. See page 279.
When I tap the Menu
icon, nothing
happens. Not all applications or screens have
menus. Try changing to a different
application.
