Writing and Sending Messages
You can create an SMS message by entering text only,
or a multimedia message by adding various multimedia
contents, such as images and sounds, as well as text.
To write and send a simple text message:
You can write an SMS message of up to 1500
characters. You can create MMS messages of up to 8
pages.
1. Tap
Write
from the startup screen of the Messaging
application.
An empty message screen opens.
2. Enter the message text.
3. When you are finished, tap .
4. When the message box confirming if you want to send it
as an SMS message appears, tap
Yes
.
Goes back to the
previous screen.
Continues the next step
to send the message.
Adds a new
page.
Deletes the current
page.
Shows the message as
displayed on the
recipient’s phone.
