Note:
Once you have assigned a password, you don’t need to
enter it each time you mask or hide a private record. Tap
OK
to confirm your selection. You can change the assigned
password in the Phone Lock Preferences screen. See
page 252.
To show private record:
1. Tap the
Current Privacy
pick list.
2. Tap
Show Records
from the pick list.
3. Enter your password and tap
OK
.
To unmask individual records:
1. In the application which has masked records, select one
of them.
2. Enter your password and tap
OK
.
To make a record private:
1. In an application, display the record you want to make
private.
2. Tap
Details
.
3. Tap the
Private
check box to select it.
4. Tap
OK
.
