64 ROWE Series 4000 + 6000 Operating instructions

Carrying out simple copy jobs

Copying an original is a simple process and is executed by actuating

the green start button.

Copying an original

1. Place the original against the original ruler with the lettered page up

and justified to the left sliding the original into the originals entry slot
till the original is pulled in. [Fig. 61].

2. The scanner will run a 100 mm long prescan for width detection

purposes provided the 'Automatic width detection' [p. 68] had been
enabled. Then the original is returned to its start position. The
scanner will now display the identified width [Fig. 62]

3. Make sure that the correct printer has been selected. The selected

printer is displayed on the right upper part of the display. Now press
