338 ROWE Series 4000 + 6000 Operating instructions

Temp. too high

: The message [Fig. 523] means that the

temperature in the printer fusing area is too high for the medium to
be output. This message can occur after a print process on paper
and a following job on film. If this message does not disappear
within a couple of minutes, shut down the ROWE system via the red
Stop (offline) button. Switch off the device via the master switch.
Wait 30 seconds. Then restart the ROWE system. If he message
reappears, contact the ROWE authorized service, please.

Note:

Switching off the device without prior shut down may cause

loss of data as well as errors in the operating system. Let approx. 30
seconds pass after switching off before restart.

Temp. sensor defective

: This message [Fig. 524] means that there

is a fault of the temperature sensor in the fusing region of the printer.
Shut down the ROWE system using the red Stop button (offline).
Switch off the device via the master switch. Wait 30 seconds. Then
restart the ROWE system. If he message reappears, contact the
ROWE authorized service, please.
