[273] Rights management in ROWE User Management.
The "Rights" page [Fig. 273] is divided into following columns:
Page this column displays the applications and overview pages
of the ROWE Print Manager to which the access rights can be
defined.
Description you may enter an individual description of the
application into this column. See section "Assigning the access
rights" for further information
Groups the user groups to which the user concerned is assigned
to displays in this column. A user can be member of several
groups.
Public the boxes in this column signal whether one can access
an application or overview page or not without having logged on
to the ROWE Print manager. This means: if the box is checked
then anybody can access this application without need to logging
on (public). If the box is unchecked then the user concerned
needs to log on to the ROWE Print manager and is granted
access, depending on his/her user rights. [Fig. 274]
