User

The structure of the "User" page is described in the following section.
Click onto the "User" button to open the user menu [Fig. 262 no. 2].
The following page will open:

The "User" page [Fig. 262] is divided into following columns:

User

the logon names of the created groups display in this

column. The user has to enter this name into the "User" field on
logging on to the ROWE Print Manager.

Complete name

you may enter the complete name of the user

into this column. This column exclusively serves for user
description.

Groups

the user groups to which the user concerned is assigned

to displays in this column. A user can be member of several
groups.

Language

this column indicates the language setting of the

ROWE Print Manager for the user concerned. A language
existing in the system can be assigned to any user individually.

Email

the email address of the user concerned displays in this

column. There is the optional possibility that the ROWE network
printer sends a message to the user concerned via one of the
mail server existing in the network that the print job originated by
the user has been assigned.
