5. Installation of control
5.1 Site of installation and scope of delivery
The control box has to be installed at the planned place corresponding to the vacant pipe preparation, in the ideal
case at the left side of the front wall of the work station. The clear assignment of the control to the lift and the
position of the operator outside the danger spot has always to be guaranteed. The fastening material (screws and
dowels) and the main key are enclosed in the control box (fig. 9).

5.2 Electrical wiring
The enclosed electrical plans (table 2) give information to lead which electrical wires through the vacant pipe and
how to install the electrical connections. The electrical wires are normally already completely pre-assembled at
works and connected at the power unit. The standard length of the cables is prepared to 8 m. The cable set consits
of the following cables:
