With the DPV1 protocol expansion, there is the possibility to change these settings and functions during operation
of the controller. As a result, the temperature coefficient for the heating band can be adjusted through the PLC
controller during the validation process, for example.
The parameters of the controller can be both read and written over this acyclical service. Access to the parameter
data is made directly over slot index addressing. As the controller does not store the parameters transmitted to it,
after a restart of the controller or bus, it must be ensured that the parameters which were changed from the static
configuration are retransmitted again.
Clarify with the manufacturer how the used PLC system supports the DPV1 protocol expansion.
