Installing the FC HBA card
To install the FC HBA card in the Profiler chassis:
1. Power off the Profiler. The power button is located behind the bezel on the
front of the chassis, near the center of the control panel on the upper-right.
2. Unplug all cables and remove the Profiler chassis from the rack.
3. Remove the screw fastening the top cover and remove the top cover.
4. Remove the processor air duct (plastic insert).
5. Remove the PCI riser by lifting the two blue locking latches and then
pulling the riser assembly straight up.
6. Locate an empty full-height PCI-e slot in the PCI riser assembly.
7. Insert the FC HBA card in the slot, ensuring that it is seated properly.
8. Reinstall the PCI riser assembly in its original position. Use the latches to
lock it in place, making sure it is seated properly.
9. Replace the processor air duct, the top cover, and the top cover screw.
