3.1 SAFETY WARNINGS

Device installation, commissioning and maintenance opera-

tions can be dangerous if some precautions are not followed.
Only qualified and trained professionals must work on

the

product

and

the

system.

You are also reminded to:
1. Follow all safety standards provided for this type of instal-

lation.

2. Wear

all

personal

protective

equipment

provided for by the standard (goggles, gloves, etc.).

3. Use suitable equipment to handle the product (pallet jacks,

cranes, etc.).

Access to

electrical components is allowed to qualified personnel
only. Before starting any intervention, it is recommended

to disconnect the unit from the power supply by discon-

necting the device from the mains.

This product is complying with the regulation on
electromagnetic compatibility.

with the machine.

3.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL

General information

Pro–Dialog is an electronic control panel integrated in the
units of the NXC/NXH series. It can manage:

• Compressor start to check the water circuit
• Fans, in order to optimise the operations of each

cooling circuit.

Pro-

features three control types on the unit:

• Through the panel on the unit or connected to it (LOCAL

mode).

• Through dry contacts (REMOTE mode).
• Through a specific tool (CCN mode).

The selection of the type of control must be set immediately on

Pro-

, through the control keyboard.

The

Pro-

control manages also:

• Water circulators (one or two): in case of two circulators

it manages the automatic switching between the pumps.

• Heater of the plate exchanger (if any).
• Boiler: There is an output managing the start / stop of an

auxiliary boiler.
