1.5 IDENTIFICATION

Data plate

The data plate contains the device's technical and perfor-
mance data. If lost, request another copy to the Technical
Support Service RIELLO.
Anything not allowing a safe identification of the product
such as tampering with, removal and missing of the Data
Plate could make any installation and maintenance ope-
ration more difficult.

1.4 SAFETY AND ADJUSTMENT DEVICES

Equipment  safety  and  adjustment  are  obtained  by  checking
three distinct circuits:
•  Cooling circuit
•  Hydraulic circuit
•  Electric circuit
The cooling circuit has a specific protection on the compres-
sor, a high pressure switch that is activated when the cooling
circuit pressure is too high and a low pressure switch in case
the value drops below a certain threshold.
The hydraulic system is provided with probes for the detection
of  the  delivery  temperature  and  a  safety  valve  that  triggers
when water pressure exceeds 4 bar.
