Alarm Signal Latching:
It is possible to setup the ToxiRAE from a PC so that when
an alarm condition occurs, the alarm signals stay on even
after the alarm condition is no longer present. This is
called "latching alarm" mode. The alternative mode is to
automatically reset the alarm signal when the alarm
condition is absent. This is the default alarm mode (see
Section 5.0 for details on how to set alarm mode).
