ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
Adjustment procedure is performed in order to ensure the highest weighing
accuracy, it is required to carry out the adjustment procedure once a while. For
adjustment performance, introduce a corrective factor of indications to scale
memory, remember to refer the said factor to a mass standard.
Adjustment should be carried out:
•
before the beginning of weighing procedure,
•
if long breaks between successive measuring series occur,
•
if temperature inside the scale changes more than: 3°C.
Types of adjustment:
•
Automatic internal adjustment
* triggered by scale temperature change
* triggered by elapsing time
•
Manual internal adjustment
* triggered by pressing
•
Adjustment with external weight
* of declared mass which cannot be modified
* of any weight, but not lower than 30% of maximum range.

Internal adjustment
Adjustment process can be initiated automatically and manually.
For manual activation press
button. The procedure is carried out
automatically by an automatic adjustment system, no operator interference is
required till the end. Respective information on successive process stages is
displayed.
Automatic adjustment process cycle:
•
The software detects the necessity of carrying out an adjustment
procedure, it is signalled by a thermometer pictogram and <Cal> sign at
the top of the display.
