17.6.1 Additional mode settings

Animal Weighing mode features standard weighing mode parameters along with

supplementary parameters designed to improve this mode operation.

Supplementary parameters:

•

AVERAGING TIME

– time period for measurement records analysis,

obtained data is used to determine average measurement result.

•

THRESHOLD

- value expressed in mass measuring units, to start

measurement, the indication value has to exceed value set in the

threshold.

•

AUTOSTART

- determines start criterion for measurements: whether they

are initiated manually (on pressing a button or selecting START), or

automatically.

When the parameter is set to <YES> option, the measurement starts

automatically if indication on display exceeds the value of set threshold.

The next measurement can start on removing the weighed object from a

pan (the indication has to return below the value set in threshold), loading

a new object, and exceeding the threshold’s value by the indication.

Remember to adjust settings of the above parameters prior to tests. The set values

shall be respective to needs and expectations resulting from working environment.

F shortcut keys

As a user you can assign weighing mode functions for quick access. The functions

shall be operated by F1, F2, F3 and F4 buttons.
