To dial to an endpoint in another zone when a zone prefix is defined

Dial the zone prefix followed by the destination endpoint number.
Example:
20 5540
Where 20 is the zone prefix of the destination endpoint and 5540 the destination endpoint
number.

To dial to an endpoint in another zone when an exit zone prefix is defined
•
Dial the exit zone prefix followed by the destination endpoint number.
Example:
03 5540
Where 03 is the exit zone prefix of the dialing endpoint and 5540 the destination endpoint
number.

To dial to an endpoint in another zone when both a zone prefix and an exit zone prefix
are defined
•
Dial the exit zone prefix, the zone prefix of the destination endpoint followed by the
destination endpoint number.
Example:
03 205540
Where 03 is the exit zone prefix of the dialing endpoint, 20 is the zone prefix of the
destination endpoint and 5540 the destination endpoint number.
Forwarding Calls
When the network administrator defines a forwarding service you can forward the following
calls:
