Connect the Reader to your PC (see previous page and Figure
B-1, above).

Open OSPV.

If you are connected to COM1 or COM2, OSPV will automat-
ically connect to the Reader.

Read a test bar code. You should hear a “beep” indicating a
good read.

Data is displayed in the Received window.
