Pointer Timeout (0 to 99)
[Default = 5 (500 milliseconds or 0.05
seconds)]. Pointer timeout allows you to set a timeout
representing the amount of time the pointers remain on
for aiming before an image capture. The timeout can be
set for 0 to 9.9 seconds in 100 millisecond intervals (1 =
100ms, 12 = 1200 ms, 99 = 9.9 seconds). If set to zero, the
Pointer LED will not be on at all. If Pointer On Prior to
Reading/Decoding is enabled, this also will apply.

Image Capture Control
A selection of modes are available for employing the AGC/AEC
algorithms, which sense ambient illumination and control gain and
exposure to provide adequate illumination during image capture (see
Figure 37 on page 55).
AGC Mode
[Default = Apply To All Frames But First]
Apply to All Frames But First
— In this mode, manual gain
and exposure are used only on the first frame.
Disabled
— When AGC is disabled, manual gain and
exposure are used on every frame.
Apply To All Frames
— Manual gain and exposure are
never used.
Apply To Alternating Frames
— The AGC/AEC algorithm is
applied to alternating frames starting with the first frame
(which does not have gain applied). For example, AGC
is not applied to the first frame, is applied to the second
frame, is not applied to the third, etc.
