SADDLE & SEAT POST

ter-screw must be countered with a 6 mm hexagonal socket
wrench.
2. Adjust the inclination or distance from the saddle to the han-
dlebar.
3. Tighten the nut

(fig. S) again well according to the torque
specification (see chapter Torque specifications).
PATENTED SEAT POST (FIG. T & U)
1. Loosen the lower hexagonal screw

(fig. T & U) with a 5 or
6 mm hexagonal socket wrench.
2. Adjust the inclination of the saddle.
3. Tighten the hexagonal screw

(Fig. T & U) again well ac-
cording to the torque specification (cf. chapter Torque speci -
fications).
SUSPENSION SEAT POST
A suspension seat post compensates for impacts and irregu-
larities of the track or the ground and minimises them. This
relieves the spine and discs of the cyclist accordingly.
You can adjust your spring strength individually.
ADJUST THE SUSPENSION
You can set the suspension at the lower screw of the seat
post with a 6 or 8 mm hexagonal socket wrench (fig. V).
