Cleaning the conveyor belt
If the feed plates are not adjusted correctly or wet conditions
exist, dirt can accumulate on the rollers and cause running
problems. Dry fodder can also accumulate on the rollers
and cause fires. Therefore, clean the rollers regularly,
reconnect and tension the conveyor belt.

1. Turn the belt by hand until the connecting bar (1) is
at the edge of the conveyor belt. The connecting bar
contains 8 screws.
2. Slacken the belt tension (see section "Adjusting the belt
tension").
3. Remove the ends of the left and right feed plates. To
do this, loosen the screws (2).
3. Loosen the screws on the connecting bar (1) and undo
the conveyor belt.
4. Clean the conveyor belt
5. Refit and tension the conveyor belt.
Swath apron - Clear the play
For the play in the swath apron telescoping mechanism:
1. Loosen the M12 lock nut (1).
2. Adjust the screw so that the play disappears or almost
disappears.
3. Retighten the M12 lock nut (1)
Exchange spring tines
Check the fixing bolts (S) of the spring tines after the first
10 hours of operation and re-tighten if necessary (tightening
torque: 30 Nm).
Tine exchange:
1. Bring machine to working position
2. Remove the plastic scrapers (undo the M8 hexagon
socket (1) at the top and bottom).

3. Loosen the M8 screw (2) on the tine

4. Exchange tines
4. Reinsert the M8 screws and tighten with 30 Nm.
6. Do not fit plastic scrapers until all tines to be replaced
have been exchanged
