general guidelines on working with the
machine
DANgER
Danger to life through rotating and folding belt units.
•
Turn the machine off before leaving the
cabin.
•
Switch engine off and remove ignition key
prior to any adjustment, maintenance or
repair work.
•
Only carry out work in the belt area when
the PTO shaft is stationary.
•
Do not enter the belt unit area while the
drive motor is running.
•
Before switching on the drive motor, make
sure that the working area is free and that
no one is in the danger area.
WARNINg
Risk of serious injury through ejected material and
stones.
•
Make sure that no one is near the machine
during operation.
•
Stop work as soon as anybody enters the
danger area.
•
Only start the machine when it is sure that
nobody is in the danger area.
TIP
Select a driving speed that ensures the entire crop is
harvested cleanly.
Settings on the machine
0. Requirements:
- Level and firm ground
- The machine is attached to the tractor and in the
working position
- Machine is braked
1. Setting working width:
1. Move lever 1 to position A
2. Move lever 2 to position B
3. Change the working width using the control unit
(green)
Position the hydraulic console: On the left in the direction
of travel, at the front end of the drawbar.
2. Set hydraulic relief:
1. Move lever 1 to position A
2. Move lever 2 to position AL for left side relief. Now
you can change the hydraulic relief on the left using
the control unit (green).
3. Move lever 2 to hydraulic console 1 to position AR
for the right side relief. Now you can change the
hydraulic relief on the right using the control unit
(green).
Position the hydraulic console: On the left in the direction
of travel, at the front end of the drawbar.
