3. Make electrical connections
1. Lighting:
- Attach 7-pin plug to tractor (E3)
- Check that the lighting functions on the machine.
2. Single rotor operation:
- Connect 3-pin plug to tractor
4. Connect hydraulics
1. Move the lever on the tractor's control unit to the
float position (0).
2. Ensure plug-in couplings are clean
3. Connect hydraulic hoses

5. Connect pneumatic brake
1. 1x yellow - Brake line
2. 1x red - Supply line
6. Fit cardan shaft
1. Turn off the engine and remove the ignition key.
2. Before fitting the cardan shaft, clean and grease the
machine's connection profiles and the tractor's pto.
3. First fit the machine end joint with full protection.
4. Fold up and lock the cardan shafter holder.
5. Then attach cardan shaft to the tractor's pto.
DANgER
Danger to life exists when cardan shaft length
is unadapted
•
Before initial operation, check the
cardan shaft length and adapt if nec-
essary.
•
A tractor change is considered to be
an initial operation.
•
See chapter "Adapting the Cardan
shaft" in Appendix B.

L2
Trimming process
1. To adapt the lengths, hold cardan shaft halves next
to each other, in the shortest operating position (L2),
and mark.
Shortest possible operating position (L2):
1. The cardan shaft is horizontal and the coupled
machine stands in a straight line.
2. Find out the shortest possible cardan shaft operating
position by raising and lowering the hoist.
For details see Chapter "Adapting the cardan shaft" in
supplement B of these Operating Instructions.
7. Releasing the emergency brake
- Swivel the crank handle (1) outwards
- Release the parking brake.
- Swivel the crank handle (1) inwards (park position)
