Switches on the bottom heat of the oven, e.g. for final
backing from the bottom (e.g.: pizza, etc.).

Due to the fan, the heat circulates; this circulation ensures an
even cooking and baking result.

This function is also suitable for the sterilising and
preserving of jars.

Switches on the top heater of the oven (e.g. for final backing
from the top).

even cooking and baking result.

The oven is heated conventionally while using the fan.
➢
Due to the additionally activated fan, the heat circulates; this
circulation ensures an even heat distribution.

The oven temperature rises slowly and the heat can penetrate
the food completely. This reduces excess heat and makes
grilling more energy efficient.

This function is suitable for roasting at high temperatures or
for the roasting of large pieces of meat.

RILL ELEMENT
➢
This function switches on the grill element only.
➢
Preheat the grill for approx. 5 minutes.
➢
Place the grill pan in the 4th or 5th rack of the oven: counted
from the bottom of the oven (lowest rack height) upwards.
➢
The heat is emitted directly onto the food under the grill
element.
➢
Grilling allows higher temperatures in the top area and
intensifies browning; it also allows the preparing of larger
portions. (e.g. of sausages, steaks, fish, etc).
