2.1 Unpacking and positioning

Unpack the appliance carefully. Dispose of the packaging as described in chapter 
waste management.

Completely remove the transport-protection. Be very careful and do not use any 

aggressive or abrasive detergents to remove residuals of the transport-protection. 

3.

 

Check that the appliance and the power cord are not visible damaged. 

4.

 

The appliance can be operated in a kitchen, a kitchen with dining room or a bed 

sitting room: required room size > 20 m

Do not operate the appliance in a bathroom, shower room or garage. 

6.

 

Install the appliance in a dry and well-ventilated place. 

7.

 

Install the appliance in a suitable place with an adequate distance from sources of 

heat and cold. 

8.

 

After installation, an easy access to the connection components and the controls 

of the appliance is requested. 

9.

 

Do not install the appliance in a place where it may come in contact with water 

or rain; otherwise, the insulation of the electrical system will be damaged.
