Remote control (In case of SC-37)
This section ex p lains how to o p e r ate the r emote cont r ol
fo r the r eceive r .
The remote has been conveniently color-coded according
to component control using the following system:
•
White
– Receive r cont r ol, TV cont r ol
•
Blue
– Othe r cont r ols (See p age 48, 49, 52, 57 and 88.)
1 MULTI-ZONE operation selector switch
Switch to p e r fo r m o p e r ations in the main zone, ZONE 2
and ZONE 3 ( p age 80).

RECEIVER
This switches between standby and on fo r this r eceive r .
3 MULTI OPERATION
Use this button to p e r fo r m multi o p e r ations ( p age 99).
4 Input function buttons
P r ess to select cont r ol of othe r com p onents ( p age 83).
With these models, the Si r ius in p ut is selected with the
OPTION 1 button, the XM in p ut with the OPTION 2
button. Also, the r e is no
AUX
in p ut on this r eceive r , so
the
AUX
button cannot be used.
5 INPUT SELECT
Use to select the in p ut function ( p age 47).
6 Character display
This dis p lay shows info r mation when t r ansmitting
cont r ol signals. The r emote sc r een’s dis p lay diffe r s when
o p e r ating the r eceive r by sending inf r a r ed signals f r om
the r emote cont r ol and when o p e r ating it by RF two-way
communications. Fo r details, see

7 TV CONTROL buttons
These buttons a r e dedicated to cont r ol the TV assigned to
the TV o p e r ation selecto r switch.
8 Receiver setting buttons
Set the r emote cont r ol o p e r ation selecto r switch to
RECEIVER fi r st to access:
AUDIO PARAMETER – Use to access the Audio
o p tions ( p age 76).
VIDEO PARAMETER – Use to access the Video
o p tions ( p age 78).
HOME MENU
– Use to access the Home Menu
( p ages 43, 45, 73, 104, 114 and 117).
RETURN – P r ess to confi r m and exit the cu rr ent
menu sc r een.
