Description

Define release code for write access to parameters.

User entry

0 to 9999

Factory setting

Additional information Note:

If the factory setting is not changed or 0 is defined as the access code, the

parameters are not write-protected and the configuration data of the device can

then always be modified. The user is logged on in the Maintenance role.

Note:

The write protection affects all parameters marked with the symbol in this

document. On the local display, the symbol in front of a parameter indicates that

the parameter is write-protected.

Note:

Once the access code has been defined, write-protected parameters can

only be modified if the access code is entered in the

Enter access code

(page 111).
