Tab "General"
This tab offers the option to view and enter general and batch information on the current
channel. The settings apply to all sensor input modes.

The tab "General" contains the following parameters:
Section "Information":

Tag:
Tag assignment option.
Free text field, assign a unique tag to each of the 12 channels of the MIO sensor input in
the plant or process.

Strategy:
Code assignment option.
Free value field, assign a user-specific code value to each of the 12 channels of the MIO
sensor input. This code can be used for classifying and summarizing information, e. g., for
diagnosis reports.

Alert key:
Code assignment option.
Free value field, assign a user-specific code value to each of the 12 channels of the MIO
sensor input. This code can be used for classifying and summarizing alarm messages
and events, i. e., for quick localization.
General Parameter in the Online Mode
The following parameters contain read-only information displayed in the online mode.

Static revision:
Incremental modification counter for counting each modification of a parameter to
document the status of parameterization modification.
This parameter counts changes in the online tabs General, Process Data, Configuration.
