The external power supply is not

turned ON within 30 sec. after the

internal power supply is turned

ON.

Enter the external power supply within

30 sec. after the internal power supply is

turned ON or turn ON the external power

supply first.

Safety input circuit

Confirm the wiring of safety inputs 1 to 8.

Check for damage in the safety contacts or

safety sensors in connection, and replace

them, if necessary.

Control output circuit

When control output 1 / 2 is ON, it

is short-circuited with 0 V or +V.

Correctly wire control output 1 / 2.

Refer to “

When control output 1 / 2 is OFF,

it short-circuits with +V.

Current value should be within the specified
