Problems with Starting Up, Shutting Down, and Standby and

If "Extended RAM Module Failed" appears, the RAM module is not correctly inserted.
Turn off the computer, check that the RAM module is a recommended module, then insert
it correctly.

If "Standard RAM Failed" appears, contact your technical support office.

The drive letter
for the SD memory card cannot be changed or fixed.

the memory card is first recognized. (

Did you remove the SD memory card while it was writing?
Wait until the Check Disk function is completed; do not interrupt this function. To remove
the card, refer to "SD Memory Card". (

Since the Windows user name and password are not set correctly on the SD memory
card, log on from the SD memory card is not possible.
Enter the Windows user name and password without using the SD memory card.
After logging on, change the SD memory card settings in [SD Card Setup], and set the
same user account and password as the ones being used for Windows.
There is a beep sound, and either "Extended RAM Module
Failed" or "Standard RAM Failed" appears
The drive letter for the SD memory card or the internal DVD-
ROM & CD-R/RW drive is different from the last time the
computer was started up
If Windows is started up while the SD memory card is inserted,
Check Disk (CHKDSK) will be executed
Cannot log on to Windows with the SD memory card
