Modem

Click [Devices] - [Properties].

Click [Receive], and then add the check mark for [Enable device to receive] and
click [OK].

Click [Device Manager] in [start] - [Control Panel] - [Performance and
Maintenance] - [System] - [Hardware].

Double-click [Modems], and then double-click the internal modem.

Click [Power Management], add the check mark for [Allow this device to bring
the computer out of standby], then click [OK].

When making the settings in steps

above, the battery operation time will

be shortened to some degree.
When not using the Ring Resume function, we recommend removing the check
mark from [Enable device to receive] in the settings in step
