This parameter determines whether a minor alarm occurs if any of the
PM thresholds are exceeded. The values can be set to the following
parameters:

DISABLED: A minor alarm does not occur if any of the ISDN PM
thresholds are exceeded.

ENABLED: A minor alarm occurs if any of the ISDN PM
thresholds are exceeded.
