The “ON” status of a signal indicates that the applicable photocoupler in the controller is carrying current,
while the “OFF” status indicates that the photocoupler is not carrying current.
The up and down arrows in the timing charts indicate edges, while horizontal lines indicate levels.
Note
The time after an operation ends until the END output turns ON varies depending on the
load and operating speed.
