Troubleshooting

Section 9-3

The images on the monitor are recognized but codes are hard to read.

• Refer to the entry for the error code in 9-2 Error Codes and

Countermeasures. Change the setting conditions and adjust the
camera and lighting.

• If reading was performed in Normal mode, try reading in Pattern

mode.

Two-camera Unit Errors

The LED Indicators do not light.

• The Power Supply is not connected correctly.

• The power supply voltage is below the allowed range (20.4 to

26.4 VDC).

• The Two-camera Unit is not connected to the V530-R150.

Errors During Menu Operation

The reading results are not displayed on the monitor.

• The V530-R150 is not in MON (monitor) or RUN mode.

Terminal Block Errors

Trigger signals (input signals) are not received.

• The cables are not correctly wired.

• The signal line is disconnected.

• The V530-R150 is not in MON (monitor) or RUN mode.

Signals cannot be output externally.

• The trigger signal has not been input.

• The cables are not correctly wired.

• The signal line is disconnected.

• The V530-R150 is not in RUN mode.

RS-232C Communications Errors

No communications are possible.

• The cables are not correctly wired.

• The communications specifications of the V530-R150 do not

match those of the external device.

• The communications mode was not selected under SYS/Com-

munications/RS-232C.

• The V530-R150 is not RUN mode.
