SET (Setting) Mode

After changing the setting, perform a search to confirm whether
the search can be performed correctly.
4. Set the correlation threshold value for detecting finder patterns.
Correlation values equal to or higher than the threshold are de-
tected. (1 to 100; Default setting: 55.)
5. Set the timeout time for decode processing of a single image
read. (200 to 2,000 ms; Default setting: 500 ms.)
6. Select the number of retries to be made if the reading is NG. A
fresh image will be obtained and reading performed for the num-
ber of times specified.
(0 to 9; Default setting: 0.)
Note If Display Settings/Finder Pattern is set to ON, whether finder
patterns can be detected or not can be confirmed on the screen.

• If nothing is detected, decrease the correlation threshold val-
ue and the pixel skipping parameter and check the model im-
age.
• If too many places are detected, increase the correlation val-
ue and pixel skipping parameter.
