Light source
error

A wrong imaging unit is
connected to the BL imaging unit
terminal of the LED light source.

Connect the BL imaging unit to the LED light
source as described in Section 3.3, “Connection
of Infrared Imaging Unit (MAJ-2304)/ Blue Light
Imaging Unit (MAJ-2305)”.

Irregularity in the BL imaging unit
or LED light source.

Connect the BL imaging unit to the LED light
source as described in Section 3.3, “Connection
of Infrared Imaging Unit (MAJ-2304)/ Blue Light
Imaging Unit (MAJ-2305)”.
If the problem still persists, turn OFF the surgical
microscope and LED light source after use,
unplug the power supply plug of the surgical
microscope from the hospital-grade power outlet,
disconnect the other end of the power cord from
the power inlet receptacle, and contact Olympus.
