Startup Wizard
The Startup Wizard will walk the Operator through a few initial settings that are required on the
unit. All these settings can be changed in the Instrument Settings section.
Language
o
The current languages available on the
QuantiFit2 are English, French, Italian and
Spanish.
o
Additional languages may become available.
Use PC and/or synchronization to database
o
A notification appears to explain that in order
to synchronize or merge data onto your PC or other sources, you must first load all people
into the included OHD Logic Software and then transfer the data to the QuantiFit2 via a
USB thumb drive or the provided USB cable.

People that are added directly to the instrument itself might not synchronize or merge
with another database.
·
A decision should be made as to whether this data function will be necessary
now or in the future so that the synchronizing feature will perform as expected.
Regulation
o
The operator will be required to select the
regulation that will be followed for testing in
any specific region. This can be changed in the
Settings screen if there is a need to switch
regulations.
o
The regulation controls all the test parameters:
§
The steps and exercises to be followed.
§
Modeled breathing rate, challenge pressure, and minimum passing fit factor for each
respirator type.

Respirator Selection
o
Find the respirator(s) that will be used for fit
testing, and toggle the on/off switch to on.
o
If a particular respirator has not been
determined, you may select any respirator and
continue. This can be changed later in the
Setup Respirators section.
