Creation of supervisors

The Administrator can now create Supervisors. Choose Supervisor > Create from
the Navigation Tree. Enter the supervisor’s information, and then click Add to add
each supervisor to the database.

Note that the administrator can retrieve BUI and TUI
passwords for supervisors or TUI password for agents by
clicking on appropriate link on the "Supervisor>View
All" BUI screen. This allows for situations where
supervisors or agents have forgotten their passwords.
