PC Card Flash Memory Backup and
Restore

What is stored on the PC Card Flash Memory?

The PC Card Flash Memory contains all the database information concerning
agents, supervisors and skillset assignments. It also contains various preference
options (language, etc.) and the TUI prompt segments. Most importantly, it contains
all the agent’s own recorded greetings. Therefore, it is recommended that a regular
backup regime is put in place.

Executing a backup or restore

Backup and Restore can be executed from the Administrator BUI via the
Administration > Database > Backup / Restore tab.
