Application Limits

The table below summarises the various operational limits of Agent Greeting
releases

Table 18: Agent Greeting Limits

Recording Limits

The greeting are stored on the PC Card Flash Memory. The memory size of the PC
Card, and the length of the greetings, put limits on the number of greetings which
can be stored. The table below summarises the number of greetings which can be
stored on 48MB, 64MB and 128MB of available memory. Note that this table give
the total number of greetings, rather that the number of agents, so for example an
agent assigned to 3 skillsets will generate 4 greetings (one default greeting and 3
skillset greetings).
