Agent Greeting Card Installation Guide

Configuring Agent Greeting multicard

Agent Greeting Multicard configuration frames can only be accessed by an
Administrator.

A single Agent Greeting card can be configured with a maximum of 24 ports.
Multiple Agent Greeting cards can be grouped together to increase the number of
ports available to an FXS DN.

1

Configure all Agent Greeting cards to be grouped together with a MADN
which is then configured as one of the ten possible FXS DNs. The procedure
for each card is covered in “Installing the Agent Greeting card” on page 17.

2

The first card to be configured using the Browser becomes a server card once
you enter a keycode in the Pack Modify frame:
