Agent Greeting Card Installation Guide

STEP17: Find a new IPE slot in the switch and perform the necessary switch
configuration. See “Installing the Agent Greeting Card” on page 13.

STEP18:Move the cabling used in the old slot used by the VPS card (NTVQ09AB)
and install it in the new slot. See “Installing the Agent Greeting card” on page 13.

STEP19: Insert the VPS card (NTVQ09AB) into it’s new slot. It should boot up as
an unassigned card.

STEP20: From the Browser User Interface(BUI) of the new Media Card Server
Card (NTVQ09BA), assign the VPS card (NTVQ09AB) as a client. The VPS card
(NTVQ09AB) should reboot and boot up as a client to the new Media Card Server
Card (NTVQ09BA).

STEP21: Installation Complete.

VPS(NTVQ09AB) to Media Card (NTVQ09BA) replacement in a
VPS(NTVQ09AB) Multicard Group

As with adding a Media Card (NTVQ09BA), when replacing a VPS card
(NTVQ09AB) with a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) in an existing common card VPS
(NTVQ09AB) Multicard Group, the procedure differs depending on the number of
PC Cards used. i.e.

1.Single PC Card Configuration (“/A:/” drive only)

2.Dual PC Card Configuration (“/A:/” drive and “/B:/”drive)
