Agent Greeting Card Installation Guide

Mixed Card Multicard Group

Mixed Card Agent Greeting Groups are groups with a mixture of card types. i.e. a
mixture of VPS (NTVQ09AB) and Media Card (NTVQ09BA).

Hardware Installation types

If introducing a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) to a VPS (NTVQ09AB) Multicard
group, see “Introducing a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) to a VPS (NTVQ09AB)
Multicard Group” on page 67.

If replacing a VPS (NTVQ09AB) card with a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) in a
VPS(NTVQ09AB) Multicard Group, see “VPS(NTVQ09AB) to Media Card

Introducing a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) to a VPS (NTVQ09AB) Multicard
Group

When adding a Media Card (NTVQ09BA) into an existing common card VPS
Agent Greeting (NTVQ09AB) Multicard Group, the procedure differs depending
on the number of PC cards used i.e

1. Single PC Card Configuration ( “/A:/” drive only)

2. Dual PC Card Configuration (“/A:/” and “/B:/” drive)

Single PC Card Configuration

STEP1: Remove the VPS Server Card (NTVQ09AB) from the switch.

STEP2: Remove the PC card from the drive of the removed VPS (NTVQ09AB)
card.
