Agent Greeting Card Installation Guide

Note: Installing DSP cards or standard PC cards in the incorrect slots will not
adversely affect the operation of the VPS Agent Greeting card (NTVQ09AB) or in
any way damage the installed cards.

Using PC Cards with Media Card Agent Greeting Card (NTVQ09BA)

The standard Media Card Agent Greeting Card (NTVQ09BA) has 24 ports of DSP
capacity on the motherboard by default. There is not a second PC card drive on the
Media Card (NTVQ09BA) card, so the PC card used in the A:/ drive should be large
enough to cater for existing and future requirements.

Forming Agent Greeting card groups

If grouping Agent Greeting cards together, each card must have the same disk
configuration. If a second flash card is needed, it must be installed in all Agent
Greeting cards at the same time. If using the Media Card Agent Greeting Card
(NTVQ09BA) in a group with the VPS Agent Greeting Card (NTVQ09AB), the
second flash card cannot be utilised in the VPS Agent Greeting card (NTVQ09AB),
as there is no matching second card slot in the Media Card (NTVQ09BA).
