II. Alarm message
“communication with
the oven was lost”
Check For:
A. Power For HC1 Control board:
1. Verify proper operation of “Secondary Power” ( See
Troubleshooting Guide , section I.B )
2. Check the power input between the terminals marked J1-1 and
J1-2. It should be approximately 230VAC ( See Figure 4a ).
3. Make sure fuses F1 & F2 (0.25A) are not open ( See Figure 4a ).
4. Check the proper connection of communication cable and also
check wiring for communication cable. Communication cable
should be connected at J13.
For HC2 Control board:
1. Check the power input between the terminals marked J1+ and
J1-. It should be approximately 24VDC ( See Figure 4b ).
2. Make sure fuse F1 (1A) is not open ( See Figure 4b ).
3. Check the communication cable, it should be connected at J1 of
the HDB board which is Ethernet port to the computer Ethernet
port.
