entering a new password. A user can be deleted from the list by clicking on the user name then
clicking the Delete button. When all entries are made you can define the level of security for
each user by clicking on the user name and clicking on the OPERATOR, ENGINEER, or
SUPERVISOR button. The user names will appear in the selected boxes. Users can be added,
edited or deleted from the security database list at any time. Click the OK button to save the
information and return to the previous screen, click the Cancel button to negate any entries, or
click on the Function Setup tab to assign functions to the user groups.
To assign accessible software functions to the user status group click on the defined function
then click the OPERATOR, ENGINEER, or SUPERVISOR button. The function will appear in the
status window. Functions can be removed from status groups by first clicking on the function in
the status window then click the <<REMOVE button for the associated window. The function will
be deleted from associated window. You can click the defined function then click a new status
button (Supervisor/Engineer/Operator) and that function will appear for associated user. Click
the OK button to save the information and return to the previous screen or click the Cancel
button to negate any entries.
