How to remove the remaining paper and the jammed paper

(1) Please lift head open lever as per arrow direction to open the thermal head cover.
(2) Please remove all papers on paper path.
(3) Please completely close and lock the thermal head cover until it clicks.

[Note]

・

Since thermal head may be highly-heated right after printing, beware not to touch it.

・

Please beware not to touch cutter blade at paper jam failure because it may fall out from the
unit.

・

Please make sure not to apply excessive force beyond stop position when opening the head
cover.

・

Please pay an attention to fingers and hands when a thermal head cover closes.

・

Please clean up and set paper when glue adhere onto thermal printer head, cutter, and around
printer head.
