NPB-40 Operation

Sensor Attached

Upon successful completion of POST, the NPB-40
sounds a one-second tone that indicates that the NPB-40
has passed POST.

The

NPB-40

displays dashes (--) and the

Pulse Search

indicator is not displayed when the

NPB-40

fails to detect

sensor.

Backlight On/Off

Note:

The backlight will automatically turn off after
9.5 seconds to 10.5 seconds.

With the NPB-40 turned on, press the

Backlight

button

to turn the NPB-40 backlight on or off.
